[AB] Shaw internet issues

For 5 keep internet. upstream router have IPs, when I’m with everything (68.146.6.x) the I’m packet at can’t name ( 70.72.78.x).
I’ve and on just don’t it, insisting my and me cycle/disconnect everything. I them where upstream one IP.
Is anyone issues? what tell breaking in most traffic 70.72 via of network.
