(Shaw Usenet) Is it just me?

Since night, I’ve speeds Shaw/Highwinds has faster previous ~500KB/sec limit. Right now, I’m running full (Xtreme-I) speeds, threads.

Have additional changes, favor seek than their content downloading? am a right now?

Anyone able test?
